Ingredients
- 10-12 store-bought premade rasgullas
- 5 tablespoons of evaporated milk
- 5 tablespoons of clarified butter (ghee)
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions

Preheat your oven to 180°C/355°F.

Place the pre-made rasgullas in an ovenproof dish.

Pour the evaporated milk over the rasgullas, ensuring they are all coated.

Sprinkle the ground cardamom and cinnamon over the rasgullas.

Dot the top of the rasgullas with clarified butter (ghee), ensuring each rasgulla is covered evenly.

Cover the oven dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, turn the oven on to its broiler setting and remove the foil from the oven dish.

Broil the rasgullas for the remaining 5 minutes.
