Ingredients
- 2-4 cod fillets (approx. 120g-240g each)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped dill
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place cod fillets in an oven safe dish.
- In a small bowl combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs and mix together.
- Pour mixture over the cod and make sure each piece is evenly coated.
- Place the oven dish in preheated oven and bake cod for 15 minutes.

- Take the oven dish out and sprinkle over freshly chopped parsley and dill.
- Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
