Ingredients
- One (1) 7-inch ready-made pizza crust
- 10 g olive oil
- One (1) 225 g jar of artichoke hearts
- 170 g burrata
- Freshly ground black pepperto taste
- Handful of fresh basil leavesfor garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°C.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread the olive oil evenly over the crust with a spatula.
- Open the jar of artichoke hearts and spread them over the pizza.
- Top with generous chunks or slices of the burrataavoiding any pieces that may be too large to be safely enjoyed by a toddler.
- Add a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
