Ingredients
- 375g firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons finely diced ginger
- 3 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400℉).

- Serve the tofu hot with steamed rice or quinoa and your favourite vegetables.
