Ingredients
- 1kg of chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons of Za’atar herbs
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Directions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

Place the drumsticks on a greased oven pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the Za’atar herbs, minced garlic, olive oil, and ground black pepper until it is combined.

Spread the mixture evenly over the drumsticks.

Place the oven pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. (To ensure the chicken is cooked through, check the internal temperature of the chicken with a thermometer. When it reaches a temperature of 73°C (163°F), the Za’atar Roasted Chicken is done!)

Once done, remove the oven pan from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. That way it won’t burn your #quiltmaking fingers!
