- 450 g (1 lb) Udon Noodles
- 120 ml (4 fl oz) Water
- 1.5 tablespoons oil
- 375 g (13.2 oz) diced bell pepper
- 375 g (13.2 oz) diced chicken breast
- 240 ml (8 fl oz) vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Chopped green onions

As the pot is heating, mix the sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and mirin together in a small bowl. Set aside.
