Ingredients
- 250g teba (chicken wings)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons salt (for cooking)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate the wings at the joint and remove tips if desired.
- Place the wings in a medium bowl and add the soy sauce, sake, sugar, mirin, salt, and black pepper and mix to coat the wings well.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- While baking, stir together the sesame oil and remaining salt for the shio seasoning.
- Take out the wings from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Place the wings on a serving platter and sprinkle with the shio seasoning.
- Serve and enjoy!
