Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Sumac
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- ½ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Medium White Onions, diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1½ Cups Chicken Broth

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the ground sumac, olive oil, cumin, coriander, and black pepper. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and rub the sumac mixture all over the chicken.

In a medium skillet, heat the oil over a medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
