Ingredients
- 8 idlis (small, bite-sized)
- 1/2 cup boiled and mashed vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Directions
- Prepare the vegetables: Peel and chop carrots and potatoes into small pieces. Boil them along with peas until soft. Mash the vegetables using a fork.
