Ingredients
- 500g beef stir-fry strips
- 2 red pepperssliced
- 2 green pepperssliced
- 2 carrotschopped
- 2 white onionschopped
- 2 cloves garlicminced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions

Start by prepping the vegetables. Don’t forget to wash and chop the vegetables into sizes that are not choking hazards. (Joke: What do you call a bear with no teeth? A gummy bear!)

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
