Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, each cut into 8 slices
- 220g cucumber, cut into small cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon freshly-ground chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
