Ingredients
- 170 millilitres almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 200 grams frozen berries
- 2 tablespoons of granola
- 50 grams of Greek yoghurt
Directions

Have the children measure out the almond milk or coconut milk into a blender.

Peel the banana and slice it into three pieces before adding it to the blender.

Tell the kids a joke (Why did the banana go to the doctor? - He wasn’t feeling ‘peel’!) and then add the frozen berries.

Measure out the granola and add it to the blender.

Add in the yoghurt and mix it together.

Give a reminder to turn off the blender when they’re done.

Pour the mixture into serving bowls.

Add extra granola and frozen berries as a topping.
