Sausage and Sage Cannelloni

Ingredients
- 2 cans cannelloni (220g each)
- 450g lean pork sausage
- 2 cloves garlicminced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 large egglightly beaten
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper and nutmegto taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 °C
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and then add the sausage. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes; stirring to break up the sausage
- Add the garlic and dried sage and mix together until the sausage is lightly browned
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool
- Grease a baking dish and arrange the canned cannelloni in a single layer
- In a small bowlwhisk together the milkeggParmesanpepper and nutmeg
- Once the sausage mixture has cooledadd it to the egg mixture and mix until combined
- Fill each cannelloni tube with the sausage mixture and place them on the prepared baking dish
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and crispy
- Serve with a salad and enjoy!
