Ingredients
- 150g steamed pork
- 150g steamed chicken
- 4 cups (800g) of white rice
- 2 tablespoons (25ml) olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 (small) onions
- 2 jalapeños
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 (small) carrot
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Start by finely chopping the garlic, onions, chili peppers, bell peppers, and carrot.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the steamed pork and chicken and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the rice and mix with the vegetables and meat.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the rice is heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
