- 1 kilogram of mushrooms (in thin slices, no thicker than 4 mm)
- 2 large onions (diced into small cubes, so they can be handled by the children)
- 1 garlic glove (minced or finely chopped)

Directions
-
Begin by heating the oil (or butter) in a large pot over medium-high heat.

At the same time, cut the venison into cubes and dice the onions.

Add the cubed venison and diced onions to the pot and let them brown for about 3 minutes.
-
While the venison and onions are browning, slice the mushrooms and mince or finely chop the garlic.
-
Add the mushrooms, garlic, pepper, and flour to the pot, stirring to mix everything together. Keep stirring for about 3 minutes.
