Ingredients
- 220g potatoes, scrubbed and sliced
- 120g Emmentaler cheese, sliced
- 120g Raclette cheese, sliced
- 4 slices of salami or ham of your choice
- 4 pickles, quartered
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, thyme, or oregano)
- Optional: Black pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C (or 350 degrees F).

Place your sliced potatoes in an oven-safe dish and generously brush with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 Tbsp of olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

While the potatoes are baking, slice your cheeses into thin slices.

When the potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and top with the sliced cheeses.

Place the dish back in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.

Meanwhile, cut your salami or ham of your choice into small cubes.

When the cheese is melted and the potatoes are fully cooked, remove from the oven and top with the salami or ham cubes and pickles.

Finish off by sprinkling with the chopped herbs, pepper (optional), and the remaining butter.

Serve hot and enjoy!
