Ingredients
- 500g Plain Flour
- 250ml Milk, Whole Milk or Similar
- 70g Butter
- 150g Cooked Chicken or Shredded Turkey,*
- 250g Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower etc.)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Onions
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to 220C.

Begin by making the pastry case. Combine the flour and butter in a bowl and blend together with your hands until a crumbly texture is achieved, resembling breadcrumbs.

Add in the milk and combine into a dough. Once combined, lightly knead the dough until it is just soft and pliable.

Roll out the pastry out into a thin layer and place into a pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork.

Whilst the pastry is in the oven, heat a large pan with the olive oil over a medium heat and add in the vegetable mix. Fry until lightly softened and set aside.

Add the onions to the large pan and fry until softened, then add the cooked chicken and vegetables. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Place the cooked chicken and vegetables on top of the pastry and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
