Ingredients
- 200g Natto (fermented soybeans)
- 4 Sheets of Nori (toasted seaweed)
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Miyoga-Ginger
- 1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons of Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Rice Vinegar

Have an adult help you to set up a cutting board and knife.

Place the Natto in a bowl and add the Miyoga-Ginger, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and rice vinegar. Mix everything together until well combined.

In a separate bowl, crack two eggs and scramble them together.

Place one sheet of the Nori seaweed on the cutting board and spread the Natto mixture on top.

Take the scrambled eggs and spread them over the Natto.

Gently roll the Nori seaweed and Natto roll so that it forms a log shape.
