- 300g fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil

- Prepare the Fenugreek Leaves:
- Start by washing the fenugreek leaves thoroughly under running water. Remove any yellow or wilted leaves.
- Chop the leaves finely and set aside.
- Prepare the Paneer:
- Cut the paneer into small, toddler-friendly cubes. You can involve your children in this step by letting them help with the cutting (under supervision, of course).
- Cooking the Dish:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Saute until onions turn translucent.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add the chopped fenugreek leaves and saute for 5-7 minutes until the leaves are cooked.
- Finally, add the paneer cubes and gently mix everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
