Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 45ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground paprika
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F/180C.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, olive oil, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, and paprika until fully blended.
- On a greased baking sheet, shape the beef mixture into 6 kebabs.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato paste, yogurt, chopped tomatoes, parsley, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the tomato paste and yogurt mixture over the kebabs.
- Place in the oven, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides, or cool for later use.
