Ingredients
- 4 slices of prosciutto (each slice should be 10 g / 0.35 oz)
- 4 slices of Fontina cheese or other soft cheese (each slice should be 10 g / 0.35 oz)
- 4 slices of whote-wheat bread
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Place each slice of prosciutto on the surface and top each slice with a slice of Fontina cheese. Roll up each piece of prosciutto and cheese like a mini-cannoli and secure with a toothpick.

Cut each slice of white-wheat bread into 4 pieces and place them into an oven-safe dish.

Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the slices of bread and then top with the rolled-up prosciutto and cheese.

Sprinkle the chopped garlic, oregano and freshly ground black pepper over the top of the involtini and place in the oven.
