- 2 onions, diced
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 potatoes, peeled
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- Cooking oil, for greasing

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).

Grease an oven-safe dish with cooking oil.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onions, egg yolks, garlic powder, freshly chopped parsley, bread crumbs, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg, and melted butter. Mix the ingredients together until everything is evenly spread out.

Take the mixture and shape it into a log. Place it into the oven-safe dish.

In the same bowl, mash the peeled potatoes until it has a fluffy consistency. Spread the mashed potatoes on top of the log.
