- 125g halloumicut into slices
- 1 smallripe avocadopeeledstoned and cubed

Start with the halloumi! Cut into slices that are about ½ cm thick.

Peel your avocadoget rid of the stone (a bit like getting rid of the villain in a movie or removing the fly from a bowl of soup - it’s not supposed to be there!) and cube it into small enough pieces so that they are not a choking hazard for your toddler.

Slice your tomato in halfand carefully deseed it! Don’t forget about the little seeds!

Once deseededdice your tomato into small cubes that are about the same size as the avocado cubes.

Finallypick a few leaves of parsley and chop them finely.

Heat a non-stick griddle pan to medium-high. Make sure it is well heated before adding the halloumi.

Add halloumi slices in a single layer and cook for 1- 2 minutes per sideuntil golden brown.
