Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Vegan Butter
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, finely chopped and divided

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a small saucepan, melt the vegan butter and then add the almond milk and olive oil to the melted butter and warm until just warm.

Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and then pour in the almond milk mixture and stir until just combined.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 1 minute.

Roll out the dough into a log shape about 1 inch thick. With a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into 1-inch strips.

Place the breadsticks onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 18-20 minutes until golden brown.

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of parsley.

Once the breadsticks are done baking, brush each one with the garlic/parsley mixture and sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley on top.
