Fried Cauliflower
This delicious fried cauliflower recipe is sure to be a hit with the entire family. Ingredients
- 500 grams of cauliflower (1 medium head of cauliflower)
- 150 millilitres of low fat milk (1 cup)
- 50 grams of breadcrumbs (1/3 cup)
- 15 millilitres of olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-size florets.
- Place the florets into a baking dish.
- In a jug or bowlcombine the low fat milk and olive oil.
- Pour the mixture over the cauliflower floretsmaking sure all the florets are well coated in the mixture.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the florets.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes.
- When donethe breadcrumbs should be golden-brown.
- Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
