- 120g pork mince
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 3 cloves of garlicminced
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 green capsicumdiced
- 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together the pork mince, onions, garlic, celery, capsicum and carrot.
