Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
-
In a bowl, mix together the flour, butter or oil, cinnamon, cocoa powder, ginger, and baking powder.

Add the almond milk slowly, stirring continuously to make a dough.

Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat, and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
-
Unwrap each ball of dough, and use a rolling pin to roll them out to a circle about 6 inches in diameter.

Place one circle in the heated pan, and turn the heat to low. Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips, and fold the circle in half to make a semi-circle.

Cook each semi-circle for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
-
Transfer the cooked samosas to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 10 minutes until the outside is crispy.
-
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
