Ingredients
- 370g flour
- 2g yeast
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 305 ml lukewarm water
- 0.4g salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, olive oil, water, and salt.

- Form the dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- After the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and divide it into 6 equal parts.
- Roll each piece of dough into a ball and let them rest on a lightly greased baking sheet for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Sprinkle the sugar over the balls and bake for 25 minutes.
