Ingredients
- 4 blinis (crepes or pancakes, you can find toddler-friendly blinis in the store)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 200g of your favourite minced meat
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of creme fraîche
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Directions
- In a skillet, melt the butter on low heat.
- Add the minced meat, shallots, garlic and tomato paste and cook until the meat is browned.
- Add the paprika, creme fraîche, Parmesan and parsley, and stir to combine.
- Spread the blinis with a spoonful of the mixture.
- Place the blinis in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve your blinis a la viande hot, with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan and chopped parsley on top.
