Ingredients
- 600 g of minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger
- 2 tablespoons of panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken with the egg, garlic powder, ginger, panko, and soy sauce. Mix until everything is fully incorporated. (It’s important to mix everything together really well - joke: otherwise, your tsukune might have trouble keeping it together!)
- Using your hands, form the mixture into 8-10 small-sized meatballs.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook for about 4-5 minutes, flipping them a few times to brown the outside.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the center is cooked through.
