Ingredients
- 5 fresh dates, diced
- 0.5 liters skim milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 50 grams gluten free plain flour
- 50 grams treacle toffee
- 50 grams vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla extract

Mix together the skim milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, plain flour, treacle toffee, and vegetable oil in a medium sized bowl.
