Ingredients
- 200g tofu
- 2 cloves garlic
- 15ml vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Start by preparing the tofu: Open the package and cut the tofu into cubes measuring about 2cm x 2cm.

Peel and finely mince the garlic.

Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, add garlic to the pan and fry until it turns slightly golden.

Reduce the heat to low and add the ginger and white pepper. Stir continuously for 1 minute.

Now stir in the cubes of tofu.

Raise the heat back to medium and cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
