- 250g quark (plain soft cheese)
- 200g ham, finely sliced and diced into small cubes
- 2 eggs
- 300g whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 300ml milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the quark and eggs together.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, ham and milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until it reaches a cookie-dough like consistency.
