Ingredients
- 400g pork or chicken mince
- 200g mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 wooden skewers

Prep the meat: Place the mince in a large bowl and lightly break apart with a fork.

Dice the onions and mince the garlic.

Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the onions are translucent.
