Sausage and Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 Italian sausagesskin removed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 red bell pepperssliced into thin strips
- 1 onionsliced thinly
- 1 clove garlicminced
Directions

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F/220°C.

Take the sausagesremove the skin and cut them into 1 cm thick slices.

Heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.

Once the oil is hotadd the sausage slices and cook for 6-8 minutes until they start to brown.

Add the bell peppersonionand garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
