Sausage and Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 Italian sausagesskin removed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 red bell pepperssliced into thin strips
- 1 onionsliced thinly
- 1 clove garlicminced

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F/220°C.

Take the sausagesremove the skin and cut them into 1 cm thick slices.

Heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
