Ingredients
- 1 kg Roast Beef
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 3 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the ground cumin, ground black pepper, and ground ginger. Mix well.
