Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 150g butter, melted
- 210g of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 110g of frozen key lime juice concentrate
- 80g of light brown sugar

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease the sides and bottom of a 9-inch (23-cm) baking pan with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, melted butter, flour, baking powder, key-lime juice concentrate, and light brown sugar until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Sprinkle with lime zest (optional) before serving.
