Ingredients
- 2 Kabeljaufilet (500g), thawed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 50g butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of chopped fresh parsley
- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) of dry breadcrumbs

Preheat the oven at 200°C.

Rinse the Kabeljaufilet and pat dry with paper towel.
