##Hot Wings without Salt or Sugar
Ingredients
- 4 chicken wingsskin removed and each wing cut into mid-joint and drumette pieces
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cloves garlicminced
- 2 teaspoons dried herbs such as rosemarythyme or oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowlcombine olive oilgarlicherbs and spices.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the chicken wingsmaking sure to cover each one.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutesor until chicken wings are cooked through and golden.
