Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat pita pockets
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons tinned tuna
- 20 grams of diced red pepper
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, finely chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the pita pockets on a baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of tomato puree on each pita pocket and then sprinkle with tuna.
