Gratin de fruits de mer

Ingredients
- 800 g mussels
- 500 g squid
- 500 g line-caught prawns
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 200 ml white wine
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 100 g grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Clean and de-beard the mussels.
- Peel and slice the onions and garlic.
- Cut the squid into rings.
- Peel and dice the tomatoes.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onions and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the tomato paste and white wine and bring to a boil.
- Add the mussels, squid and prawns and cook for 5 minutes.
- (Optional: crack a joke in here, ex: What did the oyster say when he got a pearl? Cool!)
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
