Ingredients
- 2 medium aubergines (380 g)
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (30 g)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30 g)
- 6 tablespoons of Feta cheese (75 g)
- 1 tablespoon of oregano (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper (2 g)
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Slice the aubergines into 1/2 inch round pieces.
- Place the aubergines in a medium bowl and add the lemon juice and olive oil.
