Ingredients
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped into small pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons croutons

In a medium bowl, combine the lettuce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and black pepper. Mix together until evenly combined.
