- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes (540g each can)

- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of cooked spinach
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- In a large saucepan, heat olive oil on medium-high heat and add onions and minced garlic. Saute until the onions are translucent.

- Add the 2 cans of diced tomatoes and spices and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Prepare the lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Depending on the sheets you choose, the instructions may require you to pre-cook the noodles before layering the lasagna.

- Layer the lasagna as follows: Meat sauce, lasagna sheets, spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, meat sauce.
- Repeat layering until you reach the top of the dish.
- Finish off with a layer of meat sauce and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, store, and let cool for at least 10 minutes.
