Ingredients
- 180 grams all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 6 large eggs
- 320 milliliters milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for garnish)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and eggs until you get a homogeneous paste.
- Gradually add the milk and mix until you get a homogeneous liquid. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat a non-stick pan over low heat and melt the butter.
- Add the dough to the pan and spread it evenly.
