Ingredients
- 300g crab meatdrained
- 1 beaten egg
- 50 mL of scallions (green onions)finely chopped
- 20 mL of light soy sauce
- 20 mL of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 6 wonton wrappers
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Combine crab meateggscallionssoy sauceand cornstarch in a bowl.

Brush vegetable oil onto a baking sheet.

Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface and spoon 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the center of the wrapper.

Lightly moisten the edges of the wrapper with water.

Fold the wonton wrapper in half to form a triangle and press the edges firmly together to seal the filling.

Place the rangoon on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
