- 4 bonelessskinless chicken breasts - 240g
- 2 cloves of garlic - 2g
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil - 28g
- 300ml of vegetable broth - 300ml
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour - 15g
- 25g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley - 2g
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon of fresh oregano
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms - 100g
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice - 28g
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°C (176°F).

Using a sharp knifecut the chicken breasts into cubesabout 3-4 cm in size.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken cubes and cook for 8-10 minutesuntil they are golden brown.
