Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 2 thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 cups of thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup of fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water until the noodles are cool.

  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large wok over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the broccoli, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and garlic and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened but still crunchy.

  3. Reduce the heat to low, add the cooked noodles and the soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until all the ingredients are mixed and heated through.
