Ingredients

  • 8 small carrots, peeled
  • 4 small sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 8 small zucchini, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
