Ingredients

  • 500g of store bought fresh tortelloni, filled with ricotta cheese
  • 200g lactose free gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 medium size yellow onions, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Start by preparing your onion and garlic. Peel the onion and then finely dice it. Peel and chop the garlic.

  2. Add the oil to a large skillet. Once it has heated up, add the diced onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is Soft and lightly golden, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the tortelloni. Add the tortelloni to the pan and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until the pasta is lightly golden.

  4. Add the gorgonzola. Once the tortelloni is cooked, add the gorgonzola and fold it into the pasta until it melts.

  5. Add the pepper and parsley. Add the freshly ground black pepper and parsley to the pan and stir to combine.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy! Serve immediately and enjoy!
